Right wing wacko Rush Limbaugh has accused actor Michael J. Fox of exaggerating the physical effects of his Parkinson’s disease in his political ads urging viewers to vote for Democrats in next month’s election.

Limbaugh told his mostly right wing audience Monday, that Fox’s ticks and palsied movements in his TV ad for Missouri Senate challenger, Claire McCaskill, was “an act, and shameful.” Fox, a longtime advocate for research on embryonic stem cells, has admitted that sometimes to help illustrate Parkinson’s severe physical effects he does not take his medication. Uncontrolled shaking and stiffness are among the common symptoms of the disease.

Like any right winger, when Limbaugh’s statements proved to be unpopular and “shameful” he later added, “If this was not an act, then I apologize.”

John Rogers, Fox’s spokesman, called Limbaugh’s remarks “shameful.”

“It’s an appalling, sad statement,” Rogers said. “Anybody who understands Parkinson’s disease knows it’s because of the medicine that one experiences body movements like those seen in the ad.”

Fox, who has had Parkinson’s for 15 years, is supporting candidates, mostly democrats, who would vote to expand research using stem cells from human embryos.

The right wing, religous wacko’s in the GOP have always opposed any stem cell research directly tied with their religous beliefs, and of course, the religous lobby. So much for sepation of church and state.

Embryonic stem cells are the precursor cells to almost every tissue in the body. Advocates of their use in research say they hold more potential to cure spinal cord injuries, diabetes and other diseases than adult stem cells. Opponents say the research with embryonic cells, which destroys the embryos, amounts to abortion.

This summer, President Bush used his first veto to kill a bill that would have funded research using leftover fertility-clinic embryos that would otherwise have been discarded. Of all the sorry things that he has signed off on, and let slide across his desk in his 6 years in the oval office, This bill he veto’s.

In 3 weeks the American people need of to take control of our government away from the GOP. The scandals and level of corruption in this administration are no longer deniable. And the average American can not afford it.

Agree?

Since the creation of Israel in 1947-48 acts of ethnic cleansing, including executions, massacres and rapes by Jews, and Israel’s subsequent conduct has often been brutal, belying any claim to moral superiority.

As far back as history goes Israelites have been nomadic waring people, meaning that they have taken land in countries not there own and then they tried to take control of the economy. This dates back to Joshua in the bible. The true history of Germany and Hitler’s actions were to stop just such a thing. Hitler had asperations of an ethnically pure Germany that was not justified by any mean. But if you look closely at history, and you wont find it easy, israeli’s began trying to control the economy of Germany with the normal amount of greed we see today in our American economy. Germany made attempts to deport these undesired people from there country to all parts of the world including the United States and were refused.

Now the Israli’s have done just that here in our country, read on.

Israels history of aggression is mostly denied but painfuly obvious.
They have promoted assasinations kidnappings and land grabbing terrorist acts dating back to 1948. Yet it is always implied that the muslum’s are at fault for the conflicts putting no blame on the terrorist acts by israel. Any acts by the muslums to defy or defend against the abuses and aggressions are called terrorist acts, anything that israel does is called defense??

As if things aren’t bad enough in the middle east, israel is again attacking its neighbor’s in what will prove to have disastrous consequences.

President Bush, doing what Washington always does, is supporting israels actions saying they have the right to defend themselves against aggressors. But as always Washington has ignored or denied the aggressions that israel poses to the surrounding countries.

Now with the kidnapping of israeli soldiers by muslums to gain the release of their citizens including women and children imprisoned by isreal. Muslums are using the same tactics that israel does regularly with inpunity. And israels response is hugely dispraportinate bombing and killing its neighbors, again.

The Washington israel lobby has had a strangle hold on our government for far to long. In a fantastic piece written by John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt, the extent of there control is revealed with details most Americans have no clue of.

Since the October War in 1973, Washington has provided Israel with a level of support dwarfing that given to any other state. It has been the largest annual recipient of direct economic and military assistance since 1976, and is the largest recipient in total since World War Two, to the tune of well over $140 billion (in 2004 dollars). Israel receives about $3 billion in direct assistance each year, roughly one-fifth of the foreign aid budget, and worth about $500 a year for every Israeli. This largesse is especially striking since Israel is now a wealthy industrial state with a per capita income roughly equal to that of South Korea or Spain.
Why?

Other recipients get their money in quarterly installments, but Israel receives its entire appropriation at the beginning of each fiscal year and can thus earn interest on it. Most recipients of aid given for military purposes are required to spend all of it in the US, but Israel is allowed to use roughly 25 per cent of its allocation to subsidise its own defence industry. It is the only recipient that does not have to account for how the aid is spent, which makes it virtually impossible to prevent the money from being used for purposes the US opposes, such as building settlements on the West Bank. Moreover, the US has provided Israel with nearly $3 billion to develop weapons systems, and given it access to such top-drawer weaponry as Blackhawk helicopters and F-16 jets. Finally, the US gives Israel access to intelligence it denies to its Nato allies and has turned a blind eye to Israel’s acquisition of nuclear weapons.

It has been said that the Israel lobby had planned and pushed for the Iraq war and the removal of Saddam Hussien long before the attacks of Sept-11.
And if given the undaunted support will cause WW-3 to take control of the middle east.

The facts that are never said:
‘Terrorism is not a single adversary, but a tactic employed by a wide array of political groups. The terrorist organizations that threaten Israel do not threaten the United States, except when it intervenes against them (as in Lebanon in 1982). Moreover, Palestinian terrorism is not random violence directed against Israel or ‘the West’; it is largely a response to Israel’s prolonged campaign to colonize the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

More important, saying that Israel and the US are united by a shared terrorist threat has the causal relationship backwards: the US has a terrorism problem in good part because it is so closely allied with Israel, not the other way around. Support for Israel is not the only source of anti-American terrorism, but it is an important one, and it makes winning the war on terror more difficult. There is no question that many al-Qaida leaders, including Osama bin Laden, are motivated by Israel’s presence in Jerusalem and the plight of the Palestinians. Unconditional support for Israel makes it easier for extremists to rally popular support and to attract recruits.

Will our government sacrifice us, The American people in its support for israel? You damn well better know it will. And we have to stop it. While the Washington greed machine is running in high gear making the rich richer and spewing the lies of how good our economy is the average Americans are struggling and watching there way of life crumble. Ready for $5.00 a gallon gas? Bet israel wont mind!

The Middle east conflict that the Bush administration has put us in, has reached a boiling point and a real decision needs to be made.

It was announced the two missing G.I.’s in Iraq had been found dead. The Iraqi government announced that they were killed in a barbaric way and reports say the men were tortured, mutilated and one of them was beheaded. The bodies had been so desecrated that a visual identification was impossible. An Islamic Al-Qaeda website took credit for the murders.

Unlike so many other deaths of our soldiers that are swept under the rug and listed as just another statistic, these two deaths are a defining moment.

This shows again the complete disregard these people have for the United States, our troops, and just plain humanity.
It’s time to turn that place into a sheet of glass.
Or get our troops out! There walking targets.

George Bush and his inner circle,
(George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Condoleezza Rice.)
need to make a commitment to get the Iraq war under control. Shut down the parts of Iraq that are out of control with martial law, and come up with a real plan to get our troops out. The third attempt at creating a government body is being announced as a victory again for the Iraqi’s, so let them take control of their country. It is ridiculous the way they are just picking away at our American soldiers. The country is an utter mess.

There are bigger fish still to fry.
The man who was responsible for 9-11, Osama Bin Laden, is still loose.
I guess this administration has A.D.D. (Attention Deficit Disorder)

We went into Afghanistan with George Bush eyeing Iraq from the very beginning. More than four years after U.S.-led forces toppled the extremist Taliban government in Afghanistan the country is gripped by its deadliest spate of post-invasion violence to date. This country and Iraq are the most dangerous place’s on Earth, there has to be a plan to resolve this and get our troops out!, you can’t say it enough!

To top it off now Bush is poking another bee’s nest, Iran. God help us!

The funny thing is that you never hear the right wing wacko’s,
Rush Limbaugh, or his mini me, Sean (It was Clinton!) Hannity say anything about the actual cause of tensions. They like to spew out that they just hate our way of life, our freedom and that the Middle East is a better place. We have to spread democracy and greed, oops.. peace around the world. They have a blind eye for every crooked thing that this administration has commited.

It is never mentioned that our support of Israel, and its atrocities against Islamic people are the reason for the tensions. There are “Millions” of people in the world that despise the United States for our staunch backing of Israel and allowing them to commit acts of war and aggression constantly with every neighbor they have. On that Al-Qaeda and the Jihadists are recruiting people as fighters and martyrs around the world and that flow will never, ever stop.

It must be considered that this is a society that has lasted with a basic belief and set of laws and religion for thousands of years. As much as the right wing religous fanatics would like to spread democracy and christianity in the middle east, it’s not gonna happen. Because? you got it, Israel.

The Government cant even come to a conclusion on the immigration problem at home. The latest bills that were introduced in congress are dead. The republicans and democrats are struggling with the unfortunate choice of votes or cheap labor.

Its a sad state of affairs!

Friday a judge in Arizona upheld a law that made immigrant smuggling a state crime, rejecting arguments that it was never intended to target immigrants — only the human traffickers they hire.

Judge Thomas O’Toole said there was no evidence that lawmakers “intended to exclude any prosecution for conspiracy to commit human smuggling.”

In the case decided Friday, 48 illegal immigrants were charged as conspirators to human smuggling after they were discovered in a pair of furniture trucks in March about 50 miles west of Phoenix. Some have pleaded guilty to solicitation to commit human smuggling, a lower-tier felony that carries up to a year in jail and a one way ticket home, I hope.

Hurray for Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas who has used the law to charge more than 200 people, most of them immigrants accused of paying to be smuggled into Arizona. This is a state that is overrun with illegal’s.

The Arizona Legislature passed the law in August amid growing frustration over the state’s porous 375-mile border with Mexico and the huge health care and education costs for the 500,000 illegal immigrants and their families that have squatted in Arizona.

Another American standing up is Joseph Vento owner of Geno’s.

He has started a English-only ordering policy that has put one of Philadelphia’s best-known cheesesteak joints into the national immigration debate.

In a South Philadelphia immigrant neighborhood, an area described as “ground zero for cheesesteaks” Geno’s has posted small signs telling customers,
This Is AMERICA: WHEN ORDERING `SPEAK ENGLISH.’

“They don’t know how lucky they are. All we’re asking them to do is learn the English language,” said Geno’s owner Joseph Vento, 66. “We’re out to help these people, but they’ve got to help themselves, too.”

Meanwhile, On the second day of a campaign-style trip to sell his immigration bill to the public, President Bush told a gathering of Hispanic leaders that the immigration system is broken and Congress needs to pass “commonsense” reform that strengthens the border while allowing more foreigners in to work temporarily and giving those who sneaked in years ago a chance to become citizens.

“There are those here in Washington who say, `Why don’t we just find the folks and send them home,’” Bush said. “That ain’t gonna work.”

He is for amnesty and it is 100% wrong for our country. It was a mistake for Reagan, and it will be a huge mistake this time. So sad our President, George W Bush is not standing up for us.

The Hispanic invasion will engulf our entire society unless the American people stand up and stop it. They have no intention of assimilating to our Nation, our langauge or anything else. There rhetoric was heard loud and clear before they realized how they needed to play the game and be politically correct. This is there country and they intended to take it back. We have all already seen how they will take to the streets, and violence is a part of there life in a 3rd world country like mexico. The problem is there trying to make the USA a 3rd worldd country.

They got him! Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was killed wednesday after getting a tip about his location in a safe house US aircraft dropped two 500-lbs. bombs killing Zarqawi and 5 aides.

Osama Bin Laden is responsable for many deaths, but it appears his hands have always stayed clean, as in not actually commiting the murders himself. If there was ever an animal of a human being that needed to be exterminated Zarqawi was the man. If you have seen the way he killed some of his innocent victims, He enjoyed it.

Zarqawi really came to be noticed after he personally decapitated Nick Burg while a video camera captured the murder. It is one highly disturbing video that can easily be found on the internet. This guy personifies the stone age mentality that these Radical Muslims have. They preach and draw in martyrs, young men and convince them that they need to meet Allah asap. But the way Bin Laden and Zarqawi have been living in hiding. They dont really practice what they preach.

The Senate has passed their immigration bill and it will now go to a conference committee with the house. This is their idea of justice to handle the 12 million illegal aliens in this country.

Those who have been in the country illegally between 2 and 5 years…get to join a temporary worker program. Of course they get to stay here. Any illegal actions are forgiven and they get exactly what they want and the American people don’t.
( Who does our Government work for again?) Not the American citizens that are paying them.

In my research social security fraud carries a $250,000 fine and 5 years in prison. 99% of these illegals have forged documents to work here, guess we are over looking that too. Amnesty.

Another solid suggestion to tide the flow of illegals is to fine the companies that employ them and who encourage the never ending flow. But buried in the more than 600 pages of legislation is a section titled “Employer Protections,” which states: “Employers of aliens applying for adjustment of status under this section shall not be subject to civil and criminal tax liability relating directly to the employment of such alien.” So much for that idea.

Those who have been in the country illegally longer than the 2 to 5 years would go on an 11-year probation, then get citizenship. Now how do you verify the length of someone that has been here when they have lied, forged documents broken and ignored our laws to begin with? Guess we have to take there word for it.

They have to learn English, pay a penalty and pay any back taxes. They have to pay for their amnesty. And learn English? This will be another joke of a law that they will not take seriously. First, they will never have to pay a dime, and they will continue to speak there language with the same disregard for english they have always had.

The Senators have listened to their leaders promising them a new era of Democrat control with the votes of millions of new Hispanic voters, or they’ve listened to the GOP contingent of businesses in this country who have profited through the use of cheaper illegal labor. Who aren’t they listening to? No secret there. They aren’t listening to us.

And what was the point of the recent visit of Mexican President Vincente Fox? He granted no interviews to the press, obviously the Bush administration told him to keep his mouth shut, the American people are pissed off enough already. He was here to speak to select corporate interests and groups that allied themselves with this travesty. Probably brought a few suitcases of cash with him to grease the wheels of Democracy.

The message will be heard loud and clear in Mexico from this bill, break into the United States, blend in for 2 years doing odd jobs and we will give you a guest worker pass. We’re inviting them to break our law. Whats the point of a fence?

The House says that this is not going to be amnesty. But the Mexican invasion of the United States will continue. They are promising to seal the borders in this bill. The same promise was made by the Reagan administration in 1986, it was amnesty Eleven million invaders have crossed since then. Why don’t we stop this?

Is Vincente Fox black mailing Bush? We have alot of multi billion dollar American corporations operating in Mexico, It is truly a nightmare. And they are proposing integrating 180 Million of them over the next ten years, we cant take it!

George W. Bush and the GOP have taken us down a terrible road. And the Democrats are not offering an alternative. That means we’re on our own to save this magnificent country. The United States of America is a gift to the world, but it has been badly abused, and it’s rightful owners, We the People, had better step up to the plate and reclaim it before the damage becomes irreparable.

In yet another quick attempt to clean up and cover the filth that is our government President Bush ordered the FBI to stop examining files seized from the Capitol Hill office of Rep. William Jefferson, D-La., be sealed for 45 days and held in the custody of the solicitor general while the House and the Justice Department negotiate a way out of their confrontation. Bush hopes to avert a showdown with the House of Representatives over the Constitution’s powers. There all shaking over this.

William Jefferson (Democrat of Louisiana,) had his office raided and then was videotaped as an informant handed him $100,000 cash in a leather briefcase. They found $90,000 of the cash in Jefferson’s freezer. He already spent the other $10K? You know those politicians, there high rollers, with dirty money…

Republican Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert and Democratic Minority Leader, Nancy Pelosi issued a joint statement yesterday. It demanded that “the Justice Department must immediately return the papers it unconstitutionally seized.” It’s unheard of, searching a government office with no notice.

They all think there above the law, they dont live by the same rules and standards as the rest of us schmucks. Since when is a member of congress immune to search warrants for their offices? It will be interesting to see what comes of this.

The circle keeps closing in on ya Dubya.

Ventura for President in 2008

“Elect someone who truly is not controlled by special-interest money. With me, you would get a true check and balance.”
Jesse Ventura.

This is great news for the American people.
If every free thinking american would look at Jesse Ventura for what he truly is, aside from the Jesse (The Body) Ventura persona this man is what the United States needs to bring Government back to the people and to end the shameless greed and stealing from our people by this corporate run government.

This will be an up hill battle, both getting him in the White House, and battling the other two parties to bring sanity back to our country.

This is the way he Governed Minnesota, and it sounds like a reasonable point of view to me, see what you think:

Ventura endorsed equal rights for people who don’t believe in God by declaring July 4, 2002, “Indivisible Day” through this proclamation:

“WHEREAS: The unique feature of this nation at its founding was its establishment of a secular Constitution that separated government from religion - something never done before; and WHEREAS: Our secular Constitution has enabled people of all worldviews to coexist in harmony, undivided by sectarian strife; and WHEREAS: President James Madison made clear the importance of maintaining this harmony when he said, “The purpose of separation of church and state is to keep forever from these shores the endless strife that has soaked the soil of Europe in blood for centuries”; and WHEREAS: The diversity of our people requires mutual respect and equal protection for all our citizens, including minority groups, if we are to remain “One nation, indivisible”; and WHEREAS: It is the unfettered diversity of ideas and worldviews that have made our nation the strongest and most productive in the world; and WHEREAS: Eternal vigilance must be maintained to guard against those who seek to stifle ideas, establish a narrow orthodoxy, and divide our nation along arbitrary lines of race, ethnicity, and religious belief or nonbelief. NOW, THEREFORE, I, JESSE VENTURA, Governor of Minnesota, do hereby proclaim that Thursday, July 4, 2002 shall be observed as: INDIVISIBLE DAY In the State Of Minnesota.”
Then, to recognize the role of Christian teachings in American culture, Ventura proclaimed October 13 to 19, 2002 as “Christian Heritage Week”.

Ventura vetoed a bill to promote recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools, saying:

“I believe patriotism comes from the heart. Patriotism is voluntary. It is a feeling of loyalty and allegiance that is the result of knowledge and belief. A patriot shows their patriotism through their actions, by their choice [such as voting, attending community meetings and speaking out when needed]. No law will make a citizen a patriot.”

I Agree! Do you?

With an apparent new attitude after a semester as a visiting professor at Harvard University, former pro wrestler and Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura says he’s considering an independent run for the White House in 2008, although he acknowledges that being leader of the free world might be too confining for him.

“That’s an issue with me. I love my freedom,” Ventura said in an interview with The Associated Press at his office at the John F. Kennedy School of Government. “The part that would bug me is I wouldn’t be able to get up in the night and drive to the 7-11 for a Slurpee, not without them blocking off the roads, welding the manhole covers shut, and everything else that goes along with it.”

Ventura has not made a firm decision on a presidential run. He is weighing the concerns of his wife, Terry, who has told him she won’t go with him if he wins the White House. His solution: move the White House to Minnesota.

Jesse Ventura quote:
“I’m a great believer in destiny, and if I’m destined to be there, it will happen. If I’m not, it won’t.” (on the possibility of running for president)

“I think, in 2008, we need a pro wrestler in the White House”

My fingers are crossed…

The right to own property has been crippled by a decision from the Supreme Court. That right is now subject to the whims of politicians and developers.

Wal mart, the largest benifactor and abuser of the imminent domain law passed by our supreme court. This corporation has to be the worst abuser of the law and is abusing it again and again. Wal mart with the help of local governments is snatching land from private owners at a fraction of the actual land value to expand the ever growing empire of Sam Walton.

The latest abuse of this law was in Alabaster Alabama, where a whole neighborhood of low income people had their property seized under the imminent domain law, for the purpose of building a Wal-Mart Supercenter. It’s bad enough that the city council would allow this but for Wal-Mart to be aware of it and still proceed with there expansion for domination and greed is disgusting.

This abuse of imminent domain is just wrong, and for our government to stand back and allow this to happen to the citizens and land owners of this country is reprehensable. I say boycott Wal-Mart! Remember there famous tag line, “You couldn’t have a better neighbor.”
Wal-Mart, coming to take your area soon. If they can steal some land…

President George Bush is trying anything he can to hold on to his conservative republican base that have been his staunch supporters, and are increasingly distancing themselves from him. The White House primetime speech on immigration is the first in a series of steps intended to get rightwingers back on track with the American people before November’s mid-term elections.

Bush announced that he is deploying thousands of troops on America’s border with Mexico to crack down on illegal immigration.

Speaking from both sides of his face, Bush is attempting to satisfy the right and left at the same time on immigration: courting conservatives with tough talk of sending the National Guard to the border and seeking to reassure moderates that a guest-worker program will be part of the mix.

Republicans, many business owners and leaders in the U.S. historically a core GOP constituency, favor liberalized immigration laws. (Cheap Labor)

Up to 10,000 of the 400,000 members of the national guard around the country would be deployed along the border with Mexico, White House officials said.
Along with 12,000 members of the border patrol who currently police the 2,000 mile frontier.

Bush plans to follow up his address with a visit on Thursday to the border in Arizona to further press his case. He is also expected to call on immigrants to learn English if they want to gain US passports.

White House spokesman, Tony Snow, told reporters yesterday that the proposed immigration reforms would go much further towards sealing off the US border than competing bills now before the House of Representatives and Senate. Border patrol guards would remain in charge of guarding the border, with the extra forces used for surveillance, transport and other support, he said.

The new display of toughness was intended to reassure conservatives who have agitated for harsher treatment of the 11 million illegal immigrants in the US.

White House adviser Karl Rove told a conservative thinktank in Washington yesterday:
“We have got a border that is so porous, who knows whether that is simply an illegal immigrant looking to get a job in a landscaping company, or somebody who wants to do something worse?”

This really pisses me off!
Mr Rove went on to express his support for a temporary worker program which would put millions of people on a path to citizenship and avoid economic disruption of industries which could not function without low paid immigrant labor. The same companies that are benefiting from the 70 Billion dollar tax break? Americans wont do the jobs they say, Pay American citizens a working wage for the jobs or close the business!

The White House hopes that its support for a crackdown might soften conservative opposition to the program.

However, the plan to deploy the national guard brought immediate objections from Democratic leaders and Republicans such as the California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, who say the national guard is already overstretched in Afghanistan and Iraq.

There are also concerns about putting further pressure on members of the national guard at the height of the hurricane season, when they might be needed for disaster work.

“We’ve got national guard members on their second, third and fourth tours in Iraq,”
Senator Chuck Hagel, a Republican from Nebraska, told ABC television. “We have stretched our military as thin as we have ever seen it in modern times. And what in the world are we talking about here, sending a national guard that we may not have any capacity to send to protect borders? That’s not their role.”

“Democrats are willing to support any reasonable plan that will secure our borders, including deploying National Guard troops,” said Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill. “But Americans don’t want a plan that’s been cobbled together to win political favor. This cannot turn into another long-term military deployment with no clear plan.”

Later this week Bush will hold a signing ceremony at the White House for an extension of his tax cuts.( Another party for the Have’s and Have more’s) Next month Congress is expected to return to the hot button-issue of gay rights, with a vote on a constitutional amendment banning same sex marriages.

This will sure stir up the mess, Get the religous right going next!
